List of required documents

Applicants for higher education programs requiring creative aptitude, including those in the field of "Pedagogical Sciences", must submit the following documents to the HEI admissions committee to take creative examinations:

document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original)

6 photographs measuring 3 x 4 centimeters

a copy of the identity document

UNT certificate (if available);

a copy of the document confirming the possession of one of the sports categories and (or) sports titles established by paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Physical Culture and Sports" (if available)

medical certificate form 075/u + Fluorography scan (original and electronic PDF version)

Documents confirming preferential rights/quotas/benefits (original, copy, and electronic version in PDF):

  • Birth certificate for applicants under 18 years of age (original, copy, and electronic version in PDF)
  • Large family mother's certificate (ADDITIONALLY: birth certificate of each child; if there is a student in the family studying full-time under the age of 23, it is necessary to attach a certificate from the place of study)
  • Certificate confirming guardianship of a disabled child
  • If one of the parents is deceased, a death certificate of one of the parents
  • If parents are divorced, a certificate of dissolution of marriage from the Public Service Center (CSC) and a document confirming that you have not been married for the last 3 years
  • Persons with group I and II disabilities, as well as disabled persons since childhood, must submit a medical report on the absence of contraindications for studying within the group of educational programs (original, copy, and electronic version in PDF)

The creative examination "Specialization Standards" is held in the sports hall:

  • all applicants are divided into groups of 20 people and take the exam according to the time set in the exam schedule
  • entrance to the stadium is one applicant at a time
  • placement of applicants by sectors, in accordance with sanitary requirements
  • calling applicants to perform the standard requirements:

a) 100m – 4 applicants at a time b) pull-ups on the horizontal bar (men) – one applicant at a time; Lifting and lowering the torso from a supine position (women) – one applicant at a time; a) 3000m (men) and 2000m (women) – race on a rolling schedule.

  • all applicants are divided into groups of 20 people and take the exam according to the time set in the exam schedule
  • entrance to the sports complex is one applicant at a time
  • placement of applicants in auxiliary rooms, in accordance with sanitary requirements
  • calling to the sports hall to take the exam standards – one applicant at a time

Summarizing the exam results and announcing the results of the standard requirements – in accordance with the regulations on the organization and conduct of creative examinations in higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
