List of required documents

Applicants for higher education programs requiring creative training, including in the field of education “Pedagogical Sciences”, for taking creative exams submit the following documents to the admissions committee of the HEI:

Document on general secondary or technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original)

2 photographs sized 3 × 4 centimeters

Copy of an identity document

UNT certificate (if available)

Copy of a document confirming the presence of one of the sports ranks and/or sports titles established by paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Physical Culture and Sports” (if available)

Medical certificate in form 075/u + fluorography image (original and electronic PDF version)

Documents confirming preferential right/quota/benefit (original, copy, and electronic PDF version):

  • Birth certificate for applicants under 18 years old (original, copy, and electronic PDF version)
  • Large-family mother’s certificate (ADDITIONALLY: birth certificate of each child; if the family includes a student under 23 years old studying full-time, a certificate from the educational institution must be attached)
  • Certificate confirming guardianship over a child with a disability
  • If one of the parents has passed away – death certificate of one parent
  • If the parents are divorced – certificate of divorce from the PSC and a document confirming that you have not been married for the last 3 years
  • Persons with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as persons with disabilities since childhood, submit a medical conclusion confirming the absence of contraindications for study within the group of educational programs (original, copy, and electronic PDF version)

Program of creative exams for a group of educational programs

An applicant who does not agree with the results of the creative exam may file an appeal with the appeal commission no later than the next working day after the announcement of the exam results, from 09:00 to 13:00. The application form can be obtained from the technical secretaries of the selection committee.

The appeal commission considers the complaint within one day and makes an appropriate decision.

The decision of the appeal commission is documented in a protocol, on the basis of which an examination sheet is drawn up.
