Students will conduct biomechanical analysis of individual athletes and identify strengths and weaknesses in training performance, as well as monitor risks during the sports training period.

The discipline provides for student interaction with athletes regarding the conduct of training sessions. On a weekly basis, students submit analytical material based on their observation of a coaching session. Hydration strategies, sleep and rest regimes, neuro-nutrition, and approaches to preventing professional burnout and reducing fatigue are studied. Practices of biohacking, digital wellness, and individualization of recovery programs in conditions of high-intensity gaming training are mastered.
