Internship and employment
The Career, Business Partnership, and Accreditation Center (CBPAC) is a vital link between KNUS and the labor market. Through expanding partnerships with employers, the center helps match the needs of organizations with the capabilities of students and graduates. This provides KNUS students with a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, learn about the specifics of working at different companies, and stay informed about current job openings.
The Center's main objectives are to develop students' career prospects and soft skills to enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
The main areas of work of the Center:
Organizing events aimed at helping students and graduates choose their future place of work, including job fairs, career days, trainings, employer presentations, and other similar activities
In collaboration with employers, we conduct campaigns to teach students the necessary skills for successful employment and professional growth, including self-presentation techniques, resume writing, and interview skills
Posting vacancies from employers on the website of the electronic job bank corresponding to the areas of educational programs, with the aim of facilitating the employment of graduates
Collaboration with government agencies, regional employment services, education departments, youth policy departments, public organizations, and employers to improve the employment effectiveness of graduates
Implementation of measures aimed at creating an effective system for achieving employment goals
Organizing work on maintaining documentation and concluding agreements with enterprises and organizations that provide a base for students' practical training
Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for internships and vacant positions at the request of employers
Establishing direct contact between students, graduates and potential employers
Analysis and monitoring of changes in the labor market to identify employer requirements for specialist competencies, training in bachelor's and master's degree programs, and the collection and processing of information on graduate employment outcomes
