Objective of the educational program:

Development of strategic management and leadership competencies for top managers and executives of sports organizations for effective management, transformation, and sustainable development in the field of sports and health, based on international sports management and administration practices. Training is organized in a format of 70% in Kazakhstan and 30% in Switzerland, which ensures international experience, mutual recognition of learning outcomes, and the receipt of two diplomas.

7M04105 EMBA Sport Management SITE (Swiss) - dual degree program is a program for training top-level managers in the field of sports and health. Training takes place 70% in Kazakhstan and 30% in Switzerland, ensuring international experience, mutual recognition of learning outcomes, and the receipt of two diplomas. The program develops strategic thinking, leadership and management competencies, as well as skills in project management, digital transformation, and the implementation of innovations based on international sports management practices. Graduates are prepared for leadership positions in sports organizations, government structures, consulting, and for implementing their own projects in the sports industry.
