Appeals are reviewed based on the content of the request and technical issues. To ensure compliance with uniform requirements and protect the rights of test participants, a Republican Appeal Commission is established during testing and assessment. The Republican Appeal Commission reviews submitted appeals within 7 working days after the testing is conducted. Only specific facts stated in the appeal request are subject to review. The results of the online appeal are displayed in the applicant's personal account.

Appeal due to technical issues:

  • An appeal request due to technical issues is submitted during the testing
  • The request must specify the reason for the appeal, include a screenshot of the screen with the test item, and provide a reasoned justification

  • The screen also displays the following functions: "Submit an appeal regarding the content of the task"; "Finish testing without submitting an appeal"

  • The request must specify the reason for the appeal and provide a reasoned justification
