Goal of the educational program:

The program is aimed at training a new generation of highly qualified managers in the field of sports management who possess systematic thinking and knowledge in the fields of economics, management, and sports marketing. The program is designed to develop the analytical and strategic skills necessary to manage sports projects, teams, and organizations in the context of digital transformation and global challenges.

7M04103 "MBA Sports Management" is a program designed to train managers for the modern sports industry by combining knowledge in economics, management, and sports marketing with the development of strategic and analytical thinking. The program builds competencies in effectively managing sports organizations, projects, and teams in the context of digital transformation and global changes. Special attention is paid to innovative management, financial analysis, sports marketing, media communications, and international development. Graduates will be prepared to work in sports clubs, federations, agencies, startups, and consulting, as well as to implement their own projects in the sports industry.


INTERNATIONALIZATION IN SPORTS

As part of the program, participants will complete an international internship in Poland, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands, or France.

Applicants must pass a personal interview designed to assess their motivation for studying in the MBA master's program, professional experience, managerial competencies, and readiness.
Step 2. Submission of required documents
To apply for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Copy of an identity document;
  • Original diploma of higher education and transcript;
  • Personal personnel record sheet and a copy of the employment record book (if available);
  • A detailed curriculum vitae (CV) describing your education and work experience;
  • Letter of recommendation from the workplace;
  • Electronic 3x4 photograph;
  • 075-U medical certificate;
  • Payment receipt (25% of the tuition fee must be paid for admission);
  • Option to download the application form and study contract.
