The competitive selection process for the Founder's Grant at the Kazakh National University of Sports has concluded.

By decision of the competitive commission, 10 applicants who demonstrated high potential and motivation for professional development in the field of sports have been awarded the Founder's Grant. The Founder's Grant is one of the university's key initiatives aimed at developing human capital and supporting talented youth from remote regions. The program has been implemented since the university's inception and includes two tracks: the Life Chance Grant and the Merit Grant.

This year, the Life Chance Grant social scholarship was awarded to 10 applicants. This grant provides talented graduates from rural areas with the opportunity to receive a high-quality higher education and fully realize their potential.

The selection of candidates was conducted on a competitive basis. In addition to academic achievements and entrance examination results, the commission comprehensively evaluated the applicants' leadership skills, motivation, desire for professional development in the sports industry, and their potential to contribute to the development of sports in the country.

The Life Chance Grant covers not only full tuition fees but also provides the opportunity to reside on the university campus, a monthly scholarship of 100,000 tenge, and three years of personalized mentorship. Mentors provide guidance on the students' academic, professional, and personal development, supporting them in shaping their future careers.

Furthermore, in their third year of study, grant recipients will have the opportunity to study abroad for one semester under the academic mobility program. Such comprehensive support paves the way for students to shape their individual educational trajectories, participate in international projects, develop professional competencies, and become competitive specialists in the labor market.

According to the university, the Founder's Grant is a long-term investment aimed at developing the potential of talented youth. The program contributes to preparing a new generation of professionals and leaders who will develop the sports industry in Kazakhstan in the future.
