Sports Industry Professionals of the Turkistan Region Enhance Their Professional Competencies

As part of the EMBA Sport Management program, the Kazakh National University of Sport hosted a series of in-person educational modules for managers and specialists of sports organizations from the Turkistan Region.

The program is designed to prepare a new generation of sports managers equipped with modern management practices, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to adapt effectively to change. During the training, participants expanded their knowledge and strengthened their practical competencies in sports marketing, leadership, and effective decision-making.

Throughout the program, attendees worked on real-life case studies and discussed opportunities for the development of regional sports organizations. The training also provided a valuable platform for professional networking, experience sharing, and the exchange of ideas on current challenges facing the sports sector and modern approaches to addressing them.

Participants were introduced to the university’s educational environment and sports infrastructure, gaining insight into its capacity to train highly qualified professionals for the sports industry.
