Within the framework of the sports conference "Sport in Kazakhstan: From Reform to Results," held at the Kazakh National University of Sports, a number of heads of government agencies familiarized themselves with the modern infrastructure of KNUS and innovative projects aimed at the development of sports science.

The Kazakh National University of Sports was visited by the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Myrzabosynov, Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhuldyz Suleimenova, Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akmaral Alnazarova, and Vice-Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gulzat Kobenova.

University Rector Tursunzada Kuangalieva presented the educational and scientific potential of the university, its modern material and technical base, as well as projects being implemented in the field of introducing new technologies into sports to the guests.

Today, KNUS strives to shape sports as a new ecosystem that integrates science, technology, and data, rather than just a space for training and competitions.

During the presentation, innovative projects such as SMART TABLE TENNIS, AI Video Analytics for Wrestlers, and Digital Biomechanics Lab were showcased. In addition, the guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the Sport Analytics and Training, Kazakhstan Taekwondo Research & Development Center, and High-Tech Golf Center research centers.

All these projects are aimed at developing sports science in Kazakhstan and creating conditions for training high-level athletes based on scientific data and modern technologies.

Representatives of government agencies highly appreciated the modern material and technical base of the university, the research potential, and the innovative developments of KNUS, noting the importance of interaction between the spheres of sports, education, science, and healthcare.
