On March 17, 2026, a meeting of the Academic Committee for the field of personnel training 6B04 "Business, Management and Law" was held.

During the meeting, issues regarding the improvement of the 7M04101 "Sports Management" educational program and the implementation of recommendations based on accreditation results were reviewed.

Members of the Academic Committee, employers, and representatives of the sports industry discussed the content of the educational program, the relevance of the subjects included in the curriculum, and their alignment with the current requirements of the sports industry. Furthermore, special attention was paid to strengthening systematic interaction with employers, obtaining regular feedback on the content of the educational program, and increasing the practical orientation of the subjects.

Based on the results of the meeting, decisions were made to regularly involve sports industry representatives in the process of updating the educational program, to systematically organize working meetings and expert sessions with industry organizations, and to strengthen the practical training of master's students in a professional environment.

Specifically, it is planned to organize individual practical classes for the "Innovative Management in the Sports Industry" subject at the base of the Astana Olympic Training Center. Work in this direction is aimed at aligning the content of the educational program with the modern requirements of the labor market and developing the professional competencies of master's students.
