All news

The Department of Management and Innovation in Sports has developed anonymous surveys for each subject and instructor on the topic of "Assessment of the quality of studied disciplines and the activities of instructors" (Protocol No. 11 dated 12.06.2026). These questionnaires were posted on the university website. Master's students completed these surveys.

5 master's students participated in the survey. The survey evaluated the alignment of the content of the disciplines with the working curricula, the clarification of the goals and objectives of the disciplines, their connection to future professional activities, the supplementation of theoretical material with practical examples, the correspondence of the volume of educational material to the number of hours allocated for studying the disciplines, the logical interconnection of topics, the formation of professional competencies, as well as the accessibility of educational literature.

According to the survey results, for all indicators, 60% of respondents (3 master's students) chose the answer "fully agree," and 40% (2 master's students) chose "somewhat agree." The responses "neutral/hard to say," "somewhat disagree," and "fully disagree" were not recorded. Thus, the total share of positive responses for all questions was 100%.

Master's students noted that the content of the disciplines corresponds to the approved working curricula, the direction of the educational program, and future professional activities. The goals and objectives of the disciplines were clearly explained at the beginning of the training. Theoretical material is linked to practical examples, and the topics of the disciplines are structured in a logical sequence.

In addition, it was established that the volume of educational material corresponds to the number of hours allocated for studying the disciplines, and their mastery increases the interest of master's students in their future profession and contributes to the formation of professional competencies. The accessibility and practical value of the proposed educational materials and literature were also highly rated.

Overall, the survey results showed a high level of satisfaction among master's students with the content and quality of the studied disciplines.

The results were processed and communicated to the instructors, master's students, and the University's Academic Council. After discussing the survey results, the department developed corrective measures to improve the educational process and the quality of the taught disciplines. The University's Academic Council also participated in the development of the corrective measures.
