The University is governed by the Management Board, which defines key priorities and ensures the implementation of strategic objectives. The organizational structure and departments of KNUS are designed to coordinate activities, support the educational process, and ensure sustainable development of the University.

The APEMS Board is the academy's management team that makes decisions on key issues regarding the current and future activities of the higher education institution, implements the development strategy and coordinates the work of all structural divisions.
