The main goal of the dean's office:
To create a favorable academic environment for the training of highly qualified, professional, and competitive specialists in the field of physical education and mass sports.
In addition, the effective organization of the educational process, promotion of the personal development of students and the implementation of the strategic objectives of the dean's office through a combination of science and practice.
The main responsibilities of the dean's office:
Organization and control of the educational process:
- Monitoring the implementation of curricula and programs
- Ensuring the effective preparation of class schedules
- Organizing and conducting examination sessions
- Monitoring students' academic performance and attendance
Working with faculty:
- distribution and control of the teaching load
- creation of conditions for faculty methodological and research work
- establishment of connections with subject committees and departments
Documentation and administrative work:
- managing student personal files (admission, transfer, academic leave, expulsion, and reinstatement)
- preparing certificates and official letters
- working with electronic information systems (Platonus, etc.)
Ensuring quality of education:
- participation in accreditation and internal audit
- analysis of the quality of student education, provision of recommendations
Educational work and interaction with students:
- Monitoring students' compliance with discipline and ethical standards
- Organizing educational hours, meetings, and roundtable discussions
- Collaborating with student organizations, the council, and sports sections
Internship and employment:
- organizing educational, industrial, and teaching internships
- conducting graduate employment programs
- establishing contacts with employers
