Open University of Kazakhstan
The Open University of Kazakhstan is an educational platform that provides free and unrestricted access to online courses developed by leading universities and instructors across the country. The project aims to enhance the intellectual potential of the population by offering high-quality free online courses and making online education accessible to everyone through digital technologies.
The initiator of the project is the National Translation Bureau Public Foundation, a non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2017 to implement the project “New Humanities Knowledge. 100 New Textbooks in the Kazakh Language.” Within this initiative, the best textbooks from leading universities worldwide are translated into Kazakh in the fields of history, philosophy, sociology, psychology, anthropology, cultural studies, religious studies, linguistics, innovation, media, economics, management, and business.

The Adebiet Portal is a world of literature. Read. Listen. Participate. Be together! It is an online library featuring works by Kazakhstani authors. The purpose of the portal is to promote Kazakh culture and the Kazakh language internationally and to increase interest in Kazakh literature. Electronic publications on the website are available in multiple languages. A unified collection of digital educational resources.
The Unified Collection of Digital Educational Resources for general and initial vocational education institutions contains educational and methodological, cultural and educational, and informational materials, a wide range of thematic and subject-based collections, as well as innovative teaching resources that encourage the use of educational technologies.

The psychological educational website provides useful information—including tests, training programs, books, glossaries, works by renowned psychologists, links, and psychology news—for everyone who is studying psychology, interested in the field, or professionally engaged in psychological practice.
National Electronic Library
The goal is to collect and provide access to electronic documents that contribute to the preservation and development of national science and culture. Currently, the National Electronic Library (NEL) project is supported by three institutions: the National Library of Russia, the National Library of Russia (Saint Petersburg), and the State Public Scientific and Technological Library of Russia. The portal serves as a single access point to the full-text electronic collections of the participating libraries. It features an extensive collection of full texts of books and articles in pedagogy, speech therapy, psychology, special education (defectology), and education management.
