PLAY TRUE DAY 2026 FORUM HELD AT THE KAZAKH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SPORTS

The Kazakh National University of Sports hosted a ceremonial event dedicated to the conclusion of the international Play True Day 2026 initiative, as well as the graduation of the Executive MBA (EMBA) “Sport Management” programme. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event brought together representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Olympic Committee, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the Central Asia Regional Anti-Doping Organization (RADOCA), sports federations, university partners, as well as graduates of the EMBA programme.
As part of the programme, M.K. Bakasheva, Head of the National Anti-Doping Organization QazNADO, conducted a workshop titled “Anti-Doping: Principles of Clean Sport”.
This was followed by the master class “Elite Standards: Real Madrid Experience and the Principles That Shape Strong Professionals in Sport”, delivered by A. Bunesku, Master in Sports Marketing, Real Madrid Graduate School. As a result of the event, more than 40 participants received certificates of participation in the workshops.
The solemn awarding of diplomas to EMBA graduates became a symbolic conclusion of the Play True Day 2026 cycle and brought together the key areas of development in the modern sports industry: the principles of clean play and sports ethics, education and the philosophy of sport, sports management, as well as innovation and the future of sport.
The event concluded with an online address by WADA President Witold Bańka, highlighting the importance of clean sport and fair play principles. The event confirmed the importance of integrating educational initiatives and international standards in the field of sport and served as a platform for professional interaction.
