Master class “Fundamentals of Martial Arts and Self-Defense”

As part of the ceremonial event, a master class “Fundamentals of Martial Arts and Self-Defense for Women” was organized. The event was held in collaboration with the UN and the UN Women structure in Kazakhstan. During the master class, KNUS students — champions in various sports — demonstrated basic self-defense techniques to the participants and conducted practical training sessions.
