Department of Strategy and Corporate Governance
Department of Strategy and Corporate Governance (DSCG) is an independent structural unit that coordinates the activities of KNUS in strategic management, corporate governance and planning by analyzing global experience in the field of strategic management and developing proposals for its implementation.
The purpose of the DSCG is to coordinate the activities of KNUS in monitoring the priorities of state policy in the field of education, analyzing current trends in the development of education and determining development priorities in accordance with the KNUS development strategy.

Formation of KNUS Development Strategy
Formation and improvement of the corporate governance system and practice
Formation of the internal quality assurance system and the quality management system of KNUS
Ensuring licensing of educational activities of KNUS
Passing KNUS accreditation
Preparation of reports on strategic planning for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Academic Council
Coordination of the current planning process of the Partnership's corporate bodies
