Department of Academic Activities
The Department of Academic Activities (DAA) is an independent structural subdivision of the Academy, created in order to improve the efficiency of the qualitative organization of the educational process and coordination of academic activities of faculties and departments in accordance with the main activities for the implementation of educational programs of higher education.
The purpose of the DAA
is to coordinate activities for the implementation of academic policy, planning, organization and improvement of the educational process in accordance with the Academy's development strategy.
The main activities of DAA:
Оrganization and control of educational and methodological work at the Academy
Development of plans for the development of educational programs
Сareer guidance and organization of admission of applicants
Formation and management of the movement of the contingent of students
Organization of the educational process at all levels of education
Maintenance and documentation of students

Registrar's office
is to coordinate the planning, organization and improvement of the educational procces in accordance with the Academy's development strategy.
The main activities of the registrar's office:
- formation and management of the movement of the contingent of students
- maintenance and documentation of students
- organization of the educational process at all levels of education




Departament of educational and methodological work
- is the organization of the activities of the Dean's office for the design of educational programs at the Academy
- the introduction of educational programs in the register of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- coordination of work on the preparation of documents for new educational programs in accordance with the qualification requirements for licensing educational activities
- coordination of the work of academic committees in the Dean's office
- monitoring the effectiveness of the implementation of educational programs
- monitoring the implementation of educational programs and the quality of educational and methodological materials for their support, including taking into account the special educational needs of students
